Welcome to MaithiliV Online. All teachings and courses conducted by Maithili V in person or on premises will be made available on this portal in the coming weeks.
The first level of Reiki is now available on this portal and can be learnt online from Mrs. Maithili V as per the course structure.
The course entails the following things:

- PDF File of the first level Textbook
- Audio file for first level Meditation
- Appointment for distance Attunement of first level Reiki
- Phone and WhatsApp consultation for the first 21 Days – 2 Free consultations

Course Structure
Part 1 - Theory Videos - Approx. 30 Mins
Authentic videos of Maithili V explaining the concepts of first level of Reiki will be shared with you. Please take time to go through the video and make note of any questions or doubts that you should encounter. There are Five videos with a total play time of 23:37 that touches upon all the topics of the first level. All these topics are also mentioned in greater detail in the learning textbook of the first level. You may refer the book at any time while watching the videos to clear your doubts.
Part 2 – Textbook – Approx. 30 Mins
PDF file of Reiki first level authored by Mrs. Maithili V will be sent to you. Please go through the entire book once you have finished watching the videos. You may skim through on the first occasion and revisit different sections.
Part 3 – Review Call – 10 Mins
A phone call or video call will be scheduled once you have finished watching the videos and reading the textbook. All your doubts and questions on the theory portion will be answered on the call and a quick review shall be conducted. On the same call, the attunement time shall be specified with special instructions for you for the attunement.
Part 4 – Attunement – 10 Mins
Attunement shall be conduct over distance at a time ascertained beforehand. Special instructions shall be shared with you and you are expected to follow the same promptly. In cases of group sessions, separate slots shall be provided for each candidate.
Part 5 – Self Healing with Affirmations – Approx. 30 Mins
Self Healing can be done by yourself. The videos have already explained what is self-healing. You may refer the textbook to help you identify the proper positions and procedure of the healing. The self healing process will take half an hour and you will have to find a quiet place. In case of group sessions, all the group members can do it together.
Part 6 – Centering Meditation – Approx. 20 Mins
This is the meditation that we prescribe to first level Reiki channels and is taught on the first level teaching day. An audio file for the guided meditation will be shared with you and you are expected to play it and follow the steps and procedures prescribed by the master in the audio file.
Part 7 – Wrap up call – 5 Mins
A phone call or video call to review the whole course and clear any doubts or clarifications during the course. We will also give you details of how to practice and what to do in the next 21 days.
